Terms of Service

These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using Chart Training Camp (the "Service"), and the rights and obligations of users and the operator.

The Service is a community for drawing on cryptocurrency and equity charts, clipping and sharing what you see, learning patterns and checking how predictions turned out. All features are free; there is no paid subscription.

• You may sign up if you are 14 or older. Where the law of your country of residence requires a higher age, that requirement applies.
• One person must not create multiple accounts to manipulate XP or rankings.
• You are responsible for looking after your account and password.

Where a breach is confirmed, we may remove posts, restrict access or suspend the account. Once reports pass a threshold, a post is hidden automatically until it has been checked.

• Posting false or exaggerated information intended to manipulate prices
• Repeated promotion pushing people to buy or sell a specific asset
• Impersonation, abuse, discriminatory or hateful speech, and spam
• Using automated means to manipulate XP, rankings or prediction outcomes
• Posting other people's work without permission

Everything in the Service is for learning and discussion and is not investment advice. Analyses and predictions written by users, and the pattern explanations and grading the Service provides, do not recommend buying or selling any asset. Investment decisions and their consequences are entirely your own responsibility.

Price data is received from external exchanges and data providers and may be delayed or inaccurate. The Service does not warrant its accuracy.

Training points (TP) used for predictions are an in-service score granted free of charge. They cannot be exchanged for cash or cryptocurrency, cannot be transferred between users, and carry no monetary value. You never pay money to obtain training points, and a prediction that misses causes no financial loss.

Copyright in a post belongs to its author. To the extent needed to operate and promote the Service, we may display and reproduce posts within the Service and on official channels.

The Service displays advertising, and ads carry an "Ad" label. Sponsored markets always carry a "Sponsored" badge. Sponsorship has no influence whatsoever on price data, prediction settlement or ranking calculations.

We may change or discontinue all or part of the Service where operationally or technically necessary. Significant changes are announced in advance.

We are not liable for loss arising from causes outside the operator's reasonable control, such as natural disasters or outages of external services. We do not intervene in disputes between users, or between a user and a third party.

These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea. This does not limit any rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country of residence.

Where these terms change, we post them on this page 7 days before they take effect. Changes that disadvantage users are announced 30 days in advance.
